Massage Therapist – Part-Time
Location:Fit Wise Pilates, Mill Valley, CA (Marin)
Compensation:$65–$85 per session
Schedule: Approximately 10 hours/week

Fit Wise Pilates is Marin’s premier boutique fitness studio, offering a distinctive blend ofPilates, Gyrotonic®, cardio classes, and Myofascial Release therapy. Our mission is to support each client’s journey to better health in a welcoming and empowering environment. We are currently seeking a talented and compassionateMassage Therapistto join our wellness-focused team.

What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality massage therapy services includingSwedish, deep tissue, and sports massage
• ApplyMyofascial Releaseand/orLymphatic Drainage techniques(if certified)
• Educate clients about the benefits of massage and recommend ongoing treatment plans
• Maintain aclean, organized, and tranquil treatment space
• Work collaboratively with instructors and therapists to support holistic client care

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Massage Therapist in California
• 2+ years of hands-on experiencein massage therapy
• Proficiency or certification inMyofascial Release or Lymphatic Drainage(preferred)
• Strong understanding ofanatomy and physiology
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, andcustomer service skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to workboth independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and maintains aprofessional, positive attitude
• Availability onweekends and/or mornings(up to 5 days per week)
• High school diploma or equivalent;additional massage therapy certificationsa plus
