• Teach 15‑20 Reformer classes and private sessions each week, creating safe, empowering, and dynamic experiences for clients of all levels.
• Set the tone for excellence through energy, presence, and professionalism.
• Act as primary substitute instructor when needed and embody the brand ambassador for MNT.
• Oversee instructor scheduling and day‑to‑day team coordination across studios, ensuring smooth substitution processes.
• Conduct class audits and performance reviews to support growth and elevate quality.
• Mentor and coach instructors, cultivating a supportive and collaborative studio culture.
• Complete the MNTSTUDIO Certification Program and help train others in the MNT Signature Method.
• Partner with the VP of Training & Head of Education to identify and onboard new instructors.
• Lead the Mill Valley Instructor Mentorship Program, helping trainees grow into confident, skilled teachers.
• Support the growth and execution of MNT’s Reformer Certification Program and other education initiatives.
• Assist in outreach and recruitment for upcoming teacher trainings and the Heated Mat Certification Program.
• Ensure all Pilates equipment is maintained in excellent condition.
• Act as Studio Manager when required to keep operations running seamlessly.
• Support studio sales and marketing efforts, attending events on behalf of MNT.

• Certified Pilates Instructor with strong Reformer expertise.
• Minimum three years of group teaching experience.
• Proven leadership ability and passion for mentorship.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing teams or teacher training programs is a plus.
• A growth mindset and commitment to education, wellness, and community.

Annual salary: $85 k. Depending on experience, the role may be hourly or salary. Ongoing professional development and career advancement. Supportive, inspiring studio environment where you can truly thrive.
