Store Associate

Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, providing frontline service, cashier duties, and support across store departments. The role involves both independent work and teamwork to positively impact customers and community members.

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues.
• Offer a warm greeting, maintain eye contact, and help locate items.
• Accurately handle cashier duties, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and managing inventory.
• Support opening and closing store activities when needed.
• Assist photo, beauty, and pharmacy departments, ensuring full stocking and operational readiness.
• Advocate new CVS services and loyalty programs.

• Remain standing for sustained periods.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Maintain visual acuity for computer use, reading, and inspection of small parts.

• At least 16 years old.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred But Not Required).
