We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse & Delivery Associate to support daily warehouse operations and material deliveries. This role is responsible for timely deliveries, maintaining equipment and vehicles, and keeping the warehouse and yard organized, clean, and operational.
This position plays a critical role in supporting field operations by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are properly handled, maintained, and delivered as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily deliveries and pick-ups using company vehicles
- Load, unload, and secure materials, tools, and equipment safely
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse and yard
- Conduct basic inspections and routine maintenance of vehicles and equipment
- Track and report material usage, shortages, or damaged items
- Follow all safety procedures, DOT requirements, and company policies
- Support warehouse inventory organization and staging for jobs
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, field crews, and operations staff
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Prior experience in warehouse, delivery, construction, or material handling preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment safely
- Strong attention to safety, organization, and detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Physical Requirements
- Work performed in warehouse, yard, and outdoor environments
- Exposure to varying weather conditions

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
