Overview

It offers full‑time employment all year round and no pest control experience is required—we train you for a sales career in pest services. The position allows you to cut your commute and start your route from home while serving the Cincinnati, OH and Northern Kentucky areas.

• Deliver high‑quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers.
• Inspect customer properties inside and outside for signs of termite activity and damage.
• Install and remove/upgrade termite baiting stations.
• Inspect and bait stations on a regular basis.
• Serve as a consultant for termite damage remediation services as necessary.
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling termite matters.
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth.
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing termite management services.
• Develop and maintain records of activities, such as but not limited to service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and service agreements.

• Must be at least 18 years old; no experience in pest control necessary.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home services industry preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal history background check, physical exam and drug screen.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Able to obtain pesticide licensure within the training period (company paid).
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. to inspect for activity and damage.
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions.
