Ermite Technician

We are hiring termite technicians in the Cincinnati, OH and Northern Kentucky areas. No pest control experience is required; we train you for a pest services sales career.

• Deliver high‑quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and government guidelines.
• Inspect customer properties (inside and outside) for signs of termite activity and damage.
• Install, remove, or upgrade termite baiting stations; inspect and bait stations regularly.
• Serve as a consultant for termite damage remediation services when necessary.
• Build strong relationships with customers and be attentive to their needs.
• Seek opportunities to grow the customer base.
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized during services.
• Develop and maintain records of activities: service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and service agreements.

• At least 18 years old, high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience in home services industry preferred but not required.
• Must maintain a good driving record and pass criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
• Must be able to obtain pesticide licensure within the training period (company paid).
• Physical demands:

• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. for inspections.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
