- Deliver high‑quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and government guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers.
- Inspect properties inside and outside for signs of termite activity and damage.
- Install, remove, and upgrade termite baiting stations; inspect and bait stations regularly.
- Act as consultant for termite damage remediation services as needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers, attending to their needs and seeking opportunities for growth.
- Read and follow all label instructions for products used while performing services.
- Develop and maintain records of activities, including service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and agreements.
- Serve as a key member of the branch team.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Experience in home services is preferred but not required.
- Good driving record and ability to pass criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
- Physical demands: safe ladder use, lift up to 50 lbs, obtain pesticide licensure within the training period, access confined spaces, work in all weather conditions.
