Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and government guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers.
  • Inspect properties inside and outside for signs of termite activity and damage.
  • Install, remove, and upgrade termite baiting stations; inspect and bait stations regularly.
  • Act as consultant for termite damage remediation services as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, attending to their needs and seeking opportunities for growth.
  • Read and follow all label instructions for products used while performing services.
  • Develop and maintain records of activities, including service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and agreements.
  • Serve as a key member of the branch team.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Experience in home services is preferred but not required.
  • Good driving record and ability to pass criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
  • Physical demands: safe ladder use, lift up to 50 lbs, obtain pesticide licensure within the training period, access confined spaces, work in all weather conditions.
