Retail Scan Associate (Milford OH 45150)

Scan Scape is seeking a permanent part‑time Retail Scan Associate to visit a designated selection of retailers each week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks. The role involves scanning all product barcodes on displays and in aisle locations, including end caps, to collect data that improves sales performance for our client brands.

• Visit assigned stores each week and scan all product barcodes on displays and aisles.
• Provide the quantity of approximately 45% of the scanned products.
• Report data within the required deadline for each store.
• Complete full display scanning, which may take several hours per store.
• Perform custom project work when requested, adding 30 minutes to 2 hours for those weeks.
• Maintain data quality and meet dependability expectations for independence and flexibility.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure prolonged standing and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and bend/stretch/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Must be a deadline‑driven self‑starter.
• Must have reliable Wi‑Fi access.
• Must be tech savvy.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
