In this role, you will ensure a safe and clean environment in all areas of the store. You will perform daily store cleaning tasks effectively and efficiently and complete operational processes as needed to provide an excellent customer experience.

• Clean all areas of the store (e.g., floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following Kohl's standards and procedures
• Use only approved chemicals, supplies, and equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness
• Maintain inventory of chemicals and supplies, placing orders when needed
• Complete required training for chemical handling, equipment, and maintenance
• Perform basic equipment maintenance as per guidelines
• Utilize Kohl's tools and technology for planning and communication
• Support operations such as receiving, stockroom management, and omni-channel fulfillment when needed
• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services

• Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork
• Exercise good judgment and decision-making
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues satisfactorily
• Meet or exceed individual goals
• Complete multiple tasks within set time frames
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Respond proactively to supervisor instructions

• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• No retail experience required
• Must be 18 years or older
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

• Experience in retail or service industries

Pay Starts At: $14.10
