Job Description

• 15+ years of overall experience in architecting and building data and analytics solutions, including at least one DW/Data Lake Implementation covering areas like failures, performance issues
• Proven experience of ETL, reporting, data modeling and data warehouse architecture
• Experienced in analysis, design, data modelling and effort estimation
• Hands on experience of working in ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, ADF etc. and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau
• Experience in working with SAP, SAP BW, SAP HANA as sources and data extraction from SAP sources to EDW/Cloud
• Deep understanding of at least one cloud technology e.g. AWS cloud components and Snowflake architecture, design best practices
• Hands on experience of working with Snowflake, Palantir, Data Bricks, Delta Lake etc.
• Experience in EDW Modernization to Cloud; should have worked to map, analyze source and target systems for migration
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• To model data structures, establish storage frameworks, and enforce data security to support seamless access, real‑time insights, and organizational decision‑making.
• Collaboration with stakeholders, including data engineers and IT teams, ensures robust data solutions that meet both current and future business needs.
• Work with customer teams in creating data blueprint for data storage, optimizing performance, and planning migrations to cloud or hybrid environments, making data both accessible and actionable.
• Data Modeling & Integration: defining data storage, processing and access plan. Develop conceptual, logical & physical data models, structure & relationship. Help customers integrate data from various sources besides optimizing database performance.
• Data Strategy & Governance:
  Work with customers in defining data strategy & roadmaps. Also develop frameworks & standards for data quality, consistency and compliance.

• Experience with AI/ML pipelines and feature stores.
• Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
• Knowledge of Dev Ops/Data Ops (CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes).

Base Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
