Job Description
This role focuses on designing, building, and managing scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient cloud solutions on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
Roles & Responsibilities- Hands‑on experience and deep knowledge in AWS architecture, Cloud Formation, Terraform, and Dev Ops.
- Lead the design and delivery of complex, multi‑tier cloud solutions on AWS, adhering to the AWS Well‑Architected Framework (Security, Performance Efficiency, Reliability, Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence).
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust infrastructure code with Terraform and/or AWS Cloud Formation to provision and manage AWS resources (e.g., VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
- Drive automation in infrastructure provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and deployment, integrating IaC with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, and AWS Code Pipeline.
- Embed security best practices into all architectural designs and IaC templates, focusing on IAM, security groups, encryption, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS).
- Proactively monitor and optimize AWS service consumption and architecture for cost efficiency (Fin Ops), identifying and implementing strategies to reduce operational expenses.
- Guide the technical strategy for migrating on‑premises workloads to AWS and modernizing existing cloud applications using microservices and serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda, Fargate).
- Capable of designing an environment from the ground up, with solid hands‑on experience in AWS infrastructure, Cloud Formation, Terraform, and Dev Ops practices.
$100,000 - $145,000 per annum
