Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Milford, OH. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for designing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, developing a dynamic curriculum, and fostering an engaging learning environment. Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and well-being of children, guiding their development in alignment with early childhood education practices, and maintaining open communication with parents and staff.
The teacher will also support children in achieving its developmental milestones and preparing for kindergarten.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development
- Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and Kindergarten readiness practices
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively with parents, colleagues, and students
- Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Prior experience as a lead teacher or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
