• DDS/DMD Degree: Possess a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree with an active and unrestricted license in Ohio.

• Credentialing with Dental Insurance Plans: Ability to credential with various plans to ensure coverage for patients.

• Essential Duties: Demonstrate the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodation as needed.
• Versatility in Sitting and Standing: Prolonged periods of sitting and standing in a dynamic dental practice.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.
• Training: Availability to attend periodic virtual or in-person training throughout the year.
• TB Testing: A tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN); arranged during pre-employment process with guidance provided.
