Member Services Representative - Weekends

Job Summary

Member Services Representative – Weekends at Midwest Fitness Partners. The role focuses on creating a positive member experience through superior customer service while handling front desk responsibilities.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, signing up new members, and touring prospective members.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions in a timely professional manner, escalating to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat, positive attitude; punctual and reliable.
• Excellent customer service skills, able to exceed member expectations.
• Strong listening skills with empathy and problem‑solving ability.
• Diplomatic communication in all interactions.
• CPR certification required.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
