This position specializes in sourcing and placing exempt, salaried professionals and management roles, requiring deep market knowledge and strategic consultation.
Prime Responsibilities and Major Factors in Evaluating Performance:Qualifications:
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience focused on salaried/exempt positions.
- Demonstrated expertise in behavioral interviewing and strategic sourcing.
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Experience in high volume recruitment, preferably within a manufacturing and engineering environment. Aerospace background is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-starter attitude with a drive to be successful.
- Representation:
Provides a positive first impression; acts as the “face of the business” to prospective hires; professional; maintains and furthers the Hitchiner brand as a preferred employer in the marketplace. - Quality of hire:
Successfully places high impact, difficult-to-fill exempt roles, evidenced by strong performance reviews and high retention rates of the individuals hired. - Candidate experience:
