- Core responsibilities include comprehensive patient evaluation, selection and implementation of evidence-based interventions, gait and balance training, gait rehabilitation, neuromuscular re-education, and progression of functional activities to facilitate independent living.
- Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, document progress in the charting system, communicate clearly with referring providers, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
- Engage in ongoing professional growth through exposure to a wide range of clinical scenarios, refinement of manual therapy techniques, motor learning strategies, and outcome measures.
