WhatYou’ll Do
- Develop and improve welding standards, processes, and specifications
- Perform and oversee TIG repair welding on challenging materials (nickel alloys, cobalt, stainless steel)
- Ensure compliance with ISO and AS9100 standards; certify and mentor welders
- Lead projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and modernize processes
- Provide technical expertise, customer support, and cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, or Metallurgical Engineering
- 4+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Hands-on TIG repair welding experience with aerospace-grade superalloys
- Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
