• Develop and improve welding standards, processes, and specifications
• Perform and oversee TIG repair welding on challenging materials (nickel alloys, cobalt, stainless steel)
• Ensure compliance with ISO and AS9100 standards; certify and mentor welders
• Lead projects to improve quality, reduce costs, and modernize processes
• Provide technical expertise, customer support, and cross-functional collaboration

• Bachelor’s degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, or Metallurgical Engineering
• 4+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Hands-on TIG repair welding experience with aerospace-grade superalloys
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills
