Troubleshoot and repair test cell facility items, including drive systems, fuel systems, dynamo meters, pumps, heaters, heat exchangers, and more.;
Collect motor vibration data, replace filters, and install and calibrate cell transducers.;
Fabricate and wire specialty equipment, such as fluid conditioning systems and specialty brackets, using existing and purchased parts.;
Install, calibrate, set up, and troubleshoot exhaust gas emission measurement equipment.;
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance work, particularly on AVL equipment.
