Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T1281) at Target.

The Starting Hourly Rate is $18.25 per hour. The Pay Range is $18.25 - $27.40 per hour.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, signage, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory, and guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom as needed.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes with clearance merchandising and signing.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Assist guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup, and Drive-Up while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their specific needs.

• Handle cash operations as needed; climb ladders; scan, move, and merchandise safely, often lifting up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
• Flexible schedule; reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and weather conditions during duties such as Drive-Up and carryout.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
