Post Mark Postal, Milford, MA is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers with shipping, printing, mailbox rental, notary services, and other business services offered in our store. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet customers, provide exceptional service, and assist with selecting the best shipping and printing solutions
• Prepare and pack items for shipment using proper packing methods
• Process shipments for USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, IPS, and other carriers
• Operate copier, printer, fax, scanner, and office equipment (training provided)
• Assist customers with printing needs: copies, documents, flyers, business cards, banners, etc.
• Open and sort mail for mailbox customers
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and supply levels
• Accurately handle cash and electronic payments/register transactions
• Follow store procedures and security requirements
• Learn new services such as fingerprinting, passport photos, notary, and tag & title if offered (training provided)

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Comfortable learning new software and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Cash handling or retail experience is a plus (but not required)
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Part-time only available (max 25 hrs)
• Store hours vary — weekend availability may be required
