Deskside Support Technician – Part‑time (3 Days/Week)

At Compucom Staffing
, we provide career guidance and reemployment assistance to support your engagement. Our client has a brand‑new opportunity for a qualified Deskside Support Technician to join their team onsite in Milford, MA. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate return‑to‑office scheduling with admins/employees
  • Prepare workstations/work environment for employees returning to work
  • Assist with hardware set‑up services (no repairs), can include some sanitization
  • Assist with setup of computers, monitors, keyboards, mice, docking stations at the desks/office
  • Assist with connecting to the client network (internal and wireless)
  • Perform post‑setup testing to ensure proper functionality
  • Expedite support for related requests and issues
  • Provide deskside support for all end‑user computing
  • Assist with plug‑and‑play set‑up issues, headset/phone set‑up, connecting to printers
  • Reimage devices as needed
Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $19.94 - $29.25 per hour
. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
