Position: Clinical Educator, 8 hours, Days

    • Communicates and collaborates effectively.
    • Maintains communication with leadership about staff and unit needs.
    • Promotes respectful, professional relationships and resolves conflict constructively.

    • Identifies and addresses personal learning needs.
    • Maintains credentials and certifications.
    • Pursues development that adds institutional value.
  • Safety and Policy Adherence
    • Teaches and follows policies and protocols.

Position Qualifications

License/Certification/Education

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Current RN License in Massachusetts
  • Current CPR and ACLS certification

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in Nursing, Education, Quality, or related field
  • Certification in a related specialty

Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
