Sales Call Center Representative

Non-Exempt

Provide quality customer service and sales to anyone who calls, texts or emails! Performs other tasks related to swimmer's and family's experiences as necessary.

High school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Two or more years previous customer service, sales and/or administrative office experience preferred. High level computer skills required using Word, Excel and other software systems.

Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required and will be provided during training.

While performing this job, the employee is exposed to heat and humidity occasionally. Noise level is usually moderate.
