As Project Accountant, you will generate invoices and recognize projects revenue in an accurate and timely manner in accordance with business contracts. Create and maintain projects in the SAP projects database, which includes setting up projects, entering cost budgets, adjusting milestone events, and closing out projects. Month-end reconciliations.

• Generate sales invoices according to contract in a timely manner.
• Create new and complex projects in SAP.
• Work with Business Development and Project Managers on contract entry and change orders.
• Recognize revenue percent-complete on service, manufacture, and stability projects.
• Close projects routinely following procedure.
• Maintain project milestone dates with the Project Manager.
• Inter-company invoices as needed.
• AR collections bi-weekly.
• Support the Finance team on ad hoc business projects.

• Associate degree or equivalent work/school experience.
• 2+ years work experience with a medium or large-sized business.
• MS Office Suite proficiency, specifically Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP a plus.
• Utmost Attention to detail and the ability to be flexible in prioritizing tasks and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills a must.
• Ability to work in a changing environment.

The annualized salary role for this position is $65,100.00 - $79,600.00.
