Licensed Residential Service Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Plumber to support residential service operations throughout Milford, Connecticut
, and surrounding communities across New Haven and Fairfield counties. This full‑time position focuses on diagnosing plumbing issues, completing repairs, and performing installations for homeowners while maintaining excellent service standards and safety compliance.

The plumber will travel to residential job sites across the Milford service area to inspect plumbing systems, troubleshoot issues, and complete repair or replacement work. Daily responsibilities involve responding to scheduled service calls, evaluating plumbing or heating system concerns, completing repairs efficiently, and maintaining service vehicles, tools, and job documentation.

• Respond to residential plumbing service calls throughout Milford, CT and nearby service areas
• Inspect plumbing systems to identify leaks, blockages, or equipment failures
• Perform repairs, replacements, and new installations for residential plumbing and heating systems
• Troubleshoot technical problems and implement effective solutions during service visits
• Maintain organized service vehicles, tools, and parts inventory
• Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding repair findings and recommended solutions
• Follow safety procedures, licensing regulations, and industry best practices
• Participate in training programs to expand technical knowledge and service skills
• Support team operations and assist with additional field tasks when needed

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience or comparable trade background
• Active Licensed Plumber certification required
• EPA certification is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical problem‑solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving history
