This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Sales Account Manager based in Milford, CT. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, managing client accounts, generating leads, and driving customer satisfaction. The role includes identifying new sales opportunities, creating customized solutions for clients, and ensuring the highest level of service is delivered. Collaboration with internal teams to support customer needs and meet sales targets is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and building lasting client relationships
- Experience in Account Management, ensuring clients' needs and goals are consistently met
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying sales opportunities
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
- Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of architectural lighting or experience in a related industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
