FCP Euro’s Pickup Center Associate is the face of FCP Euro’s brand and a vital part of our automotive parts retail team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with sales, returns, diagnostic inquiries, and ensuring efficient order preparation for customer pickup.

• Provide exceptional service by locating parts, placing orders, diagnosing problems, and answering questions about customer accounts, product returns, and company policies.
• Maintain professional, prompt, and accurate communication in all customer interactions.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work space.
• Accurately pack and scan all pickup center orders.
• Transfer orders between multiple fulfillment centers, including driving, order picking, and loading/unloading parts.
• Pick orders from the primary fulfillment center to fill customer orders.
• Maintain the appearance of the Pickup Center by accounting for all orders and paperwork and performing general upkeep of product and marketing displays.
• Audit customer orders to ensure SLA targets are met.
• Manage in‑person orders while ensuring the inventory management system is maintained correctly.

• Previous retail and/or customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Welcoming constructive feedback to identify and address problems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in typing, data entry, and basic math.
• Automotive education or enthusiastic automotive knowledge preferred.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, industry automotive parts catalogs, and customer management systems.
• Demonstrates commitment to company values and quality of service.
• Valid driver’s license.

• $20+/hr based on experience and qualifications.
• Quarterly bonus opportunity of up to $750.
