This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Syracuse, NY. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Additional responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining store standards, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance guidance.
• Implement retail loss prevention strategies to protect assets and reduce shrinkage.
• Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement.
• Maintain store standards in cleanliness, presentation, and safety.

• Experience in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus
