• Proven Chef experience
• NZQF Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous catering and food handling experience, in high-volume buffets and working to strict timelines
• Proof that you are an awesome team player

• Subsidised accommodation in Milford Sound
• 10 days on, 4 days off roster, allowing for plenty of time to explore.
