• Some days will be late appointments till 6pm possibly

Civita Care Center at Milford is now hiring a compassionate and dedicated per diem Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver! As the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Driver you will be responsible for the following:

• Taking Residents to and from appointments
• Assisting residents during appointments
• Communicating with colleagues taking messages and pass on information
• Provide guest service that meets or exceeds company standards
• Assisting DNS to schedule appointments as needed for residents medical needs
• Able to work weekdays/weekends and/or holidays
• Able to work AM or PM shifts as decided by Management weekly as needed to cover vacations and call outs
• Able to work as CNA if needed on floors

• Strong interpersonal/leadership skills, professional caring approach towards residents, colleagues and guests
• "Resident and Guest First" approach
• Previous front desk reception experience preferred
• Experience in scheduling transportation appointments a plus

• Job Type: Per diem / possibly can transition to Part time

Per Diem as needed for appointments be for residents scheduled appointments
