We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team at Carlson Pro Care

Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT required)
- Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills
- Ability to develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients, families, and team members
- Commitment to professional development, including continuing education and mentorship
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but new graduates with strong clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
- Conduct patient evaluations, including history, physical assessment, and goal-setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize recovery and functional independence
- Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with an emphasis on patient education and engagement
- Collaborate with team members, including Clinical Directors, aides, and coordinators, to ensure seamless patient care
- Accurately document patient progress in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Participate in workshops, mentorship opportunities, and ongoing professional development
- Contribute to a positive team culture that prioritizes collaboration, adaptability, and excellence

- Clinical expertise in musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation
