This posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. This role involves an Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) who seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice.
• Operate as an Associate Doctor within the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.
• Maintain professional autonomy to care for patients with discretion and in coordination with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas).
• Work in a fully furnished office with OD equipment; some offices use advanced digital eye examination technology (e.g., Clarifye).
• Utilize available imaging and pre-testing support, including systems like Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging.
• Benefit from an automated on-line appointment book and patient recall system.

• Affiliation with Luxottica, a leader in fashion, luxury and sports eyewear with a broad global network.
• Flexible scheduling available including part-time commitments or adding work to an existing practice schedule.
• Work in a practice with access to a full suite of equipment and support services.
