As a Billing Specialist, you will:

• Add new customer records as they launch and ensure complete, accurate setups
• Update billing records with changes to contact information, subscription details, and products
• Research and respond to customer billing inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Process credit and debit adjustments as needed
• Ensure accurate monthly billing by reviewing upload reports
• Review invoices prior to mailing and create manual invoices when necessary
• Update reseller and referral partner monthly reporting
• Escalate non‑billing customer issues to the appropriate department promptly
• Work closely with the Billing Manager to support smooth and positive customer experiences
• Perform additional duties as assigned in support of the billing function

• 1–3 years of experience as a Billing Specialist or in a similar billing or accounts receivable role
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Proficiency with billing systems, CRM platforms, or financial tools
• Comfort learning new technology and working across multiple systems
