About The Role
Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Technician in the state of Maryland (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
NOTE:
Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work.
The Maintenance Tech position will require traveling to various sites that Elite manages in the surrounding areas:
- Laurel
- Columbia
- Jessup
- Ellicott City
- Baltimore
- Catonsville
- Woodlawn
- Elkridge
- Baltimore Highlands
- Milford Mill
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities- Commercial Maintenance Work
- Changing Door Locks
- Replacing Light Bulbs
- Changing Ballasts
- Minor Plumbing Work
- Minor Electrical Work
- Unclogging Toilets
- Hanging Numerous Items on Walls
- Minor Sheetrock Repair
- Patching & Painting
- Assembling office furniture
- Various handyman work
Note:
Company vehicle, gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.
- 1 Year maintenance/handyman experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
- Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
- Climb stairs and ladders
