Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager for a full-time hybrid role based in Windsor Mill, MD, with the flexibility to work remotely on occasion. This role includes overseeing the execution of quality assurance programs, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and ensuring product quality. In this position, the Quality Assurance Manager will develop and implement quality control processes, provide team leadership, conduct internal and external audits, and interface with customers and regulatory entities.

You will play a vital role in driving continuous improvements, resolving quality issues, and maintaining the company’s high standards for mission-critical products.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, AS9100, and ISO 13485 standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience with quality control processes, auditing, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in analyzing and improving quality management systems and procedures
  • Effective leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Ability to resolve complex quality-related challenges and implement corrective action plans
  • Familiarity with mission-critical electronics and experience supporting DoD or aerospace programs is preferred
  • Familiarity with IPC-A-610
  • Proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
