Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $60.00/hr

Kforce has a client in Baltimore, MD that is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant.

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Financial Systems Optimization Consultant to lead a strategic overhaul of our financial operations. This role will focus on reconfiguring and enhancing our ERP platform across key functional areas—such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Budgeting, and Grant Management—to improve automation, compliance, and reporting capabilities. The ERP Implementation Consultant will also redesign supporting workflows and produce comprehensive documentation to ensure long‑term efficiency and scalability.

This is a hands‑on position requiring strong leadership and execution skills from initial assessment through full deployment.

• Demonstrated success in ERP optimization or re-implementation projects involving multiple financial modules
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end finance operations, including GL, AP, AR, budgeting, and grant‑related activities
• Hands‑on experience with leading ERP platforms such as Net Suite, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics GP, or similar systems
• Highly analytical with a practical approach to problem‑solving
• Confident decision‑maker who thrives in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
• Skilled at building consensus and influencing stakeholders across diverse teams
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proven ability to design sustainable processes and produce clear, actionable documentation for future scalability

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
