Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA
Community Support Services for the Deaf, Inc. (CSSD) seeks a compassionate CNA to support Deaf adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a group home setting.
Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $18.00/hr salary: $18.00/hour.
Work hours:
Part‑time weekends 7a‑7p; 3p‑11p in the Baltimore area. Weekend availability required.
Location:
In person.
Role responsibilities:
provide care and assist with activities of daily living, including toileting, bathing, feeding, medication administration, lifting and transferring, and accompanying to medical appointments.
- Team player with patience, positive attitude, and respect.
- Reports daily with Manager; clear and detailed communication.
- Annual physical and flu vaccine required.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 points.
- 1‑2 years CNA experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn American Sign Language (ASL).
- High school or equivalent (Preferred).
- CNA certification (Required) and 1 year experience (Required).
