• Supervise and engage children in various recreational activities.
• Plan and implement age-appropriate games and crafts.
• Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all campers.
• Assist with daily camp operations and logistics.
• Encourage teamwork and positive social interactions among campers.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff regarding camper progress.
• Promote the values of respect, responsibility, and resilience.
• Participate in staff training and development sessions.

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children in a camp or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for child development and outdoor activities.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach to engaging children.
• Background check required upon hiring.
