We are looking to recruit a Guest Services Associate to join our exceptional Front Office Team at Tŷ Milford Waterfront. Your calm, efficient, friendly and professional personality will shine through to every guest along with your passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. Multi-tasking will be second to none whilst maintaining a positive attitude at all times.

• Ensure guests are given a warm and friendly welcome to the hotel and roomed according to department standard.
• Interact with guests, embrace our latest technology, and ensure a consistent level of service from arrival through to departure.
• Have extensive knowledge of the hotel and the services provided by various outlets to consistently provide a high level of service to all guests and colleagues, ensuring excellent service throughout the stay.
