• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 10 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• Candidate must have a Montana (MT) license or a compact license.
• Must have a valid license type: registered.
• License State: MT.
• Flu vaccination required; religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Local & travel allowed.
• May be required to float to multiple units and to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.
• May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
• 12 months between staff at Program:
  Right sourcing Program – IHC Health Services.
• 7 days maximum time off.
• 1 reference from last 2 years (Manager/Supervisor reference type) required for submission.
• 1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) required for submission.
• Proof of identification required.
• Pre‑employment modules may be required for this role; please upload any certifications or health documents to your profile to expedite onboarding.

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.

• ASN - Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS as appropriate for unit or service.

• Bachelor’s degree of Nursing is preferred.
• Certification as appropriate for unit or service is preferred.

• May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need.
• May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
