McDonald's is seeking an experienced Shift Manager to lead shift operations, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience for every visit.

Shift Managers guide crew and other managers during a shift, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness levels. Responsibilities include planning each shift, monitoring performance, addressing team needs, and ensuring safety, security, and profitability. Managers also support departmental goals and provide leadership to a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

• Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting
