Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Carry On Therapy
Job Summary:
Carry On Therapy, a leader in ABA therapy, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Milan, TN. As an RBT with our organization, you will play a vital role in driving positive transformations for individuals with autism and other developmental disorders. We are committed to providing evidence-based strategies and a compassionate approach to help our clients excel and thrive.
Responsibilities:
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to clients
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain RBT certification
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Must be at least 18 years old
Must possess a valid RBT certification
0 years of experience
