Our office base is in Milano and you can perform your work 60:40 remotely.

Your tasks

* Ensuring successful project implementation 'on time' and 'within budget' for new installations and after-sales projects.

* Coordination of project controlling, including cost monitoring, budget compliance and economic evaluation of project decisions.

* Resource planning, capacity control and prioritisation in a dynamic project environment

* Escalation management for internal and external challenges

* Further development and optimisation of project management processes and interfaces

* Active participation in the design and implementation of change processes within the organisation

Your profile

* University degree or comparable education

* Several years of experience in technical project management, ideally in the field of intralogistics or mechanical engineering

* Basic project management skills and stakeholder management

* Good methodological skills and proficiency in MS Office 365, MS Project, AutoCAD and Jira

* Experience in the disciplinary management of a team

* Very good communication skills in Italian and English at all hierarchical levels
