Are you ready to take the lead in building a dynamic Air & Ocean Department for a rapidly expanding international freight forwarder? We are investing in Italy and looking for an experienced  Air & Ocean Freight Manager  to join our Milan branch.

About the Role

As  Air & Ocean Freight Manager , you will work directly alongside the Branch Manager to develop and grow our Air & Ocean operations. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape the department, lead a small team, and ensure operational excellence while driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage Air & Ocean freight operations for import and export.
Build and develop the Air & Ocean team, providing leadership and guidance.
Collaborate with the Branch Manager on strategic growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company standards.
Maintain strong relationships with carriers, partners, and clients.
Drive efficiency and profitability within the department.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in  Air & Ocean freight operations  within a freight forwarding environment.
Previous experience leading or supervising small teams.
Strong knowledge of international shipping processes and documentation.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for growth and development.
