Identify, recruit, and work with distributors and key value added resellers to drive new business and retain existing customers.
Motivate and energize channel partners to work with Sangfor, develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.
Identify and create new sales opportunities to maintain and develop good relationships with customers.
Manage sales cycles, market business solutions, build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects and conduct all sales activities needed to achieve sales target.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years channel sales, solution selling or project selling experience in IT industry, preferably with Government sector customer experience, experience with local famous IT networking distributors or vendors is a plus.
Firm, dynamic, result-oriented and strong achievement motivation.
High integrity, target focused and able to work with minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
