Your role
We are looking for a In Store Visual Assistant who will support the implementation of brand, marketing, and visual merchandising initiatives across retail stores, working closely with internal teams and partners to ensure consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in store execution.

Main responsibilities

Support the Visual Merchandising Specialist in the development and production of in-store communication to support the Brand, promotional activities, and sales tools

Support in defining and designing brand flow and store layout

Produce and manage the shipment of sales support materials to the various stores

Manage orders to ensure the timely delivery of all materials for new store openings and store refitting and enter orders on SAP

Support in set‑up activities for store refittings and new openings

Ongoing interaction with the Assortment Team to define brand flow and any changes in cluster and assortment

Maintain store standards

Support in the creation of presentations to be shared with stores for any in-store Visual Merchandising activities (promotions, special set-ups, etc.)

Support in the management and continuous updating of the database of all Italy retail stores

Ongoing interaction with Area Managers to evaluate layout changes and store improvement initiatives

Main requirements

Analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent knowledge of the Office package (particularly Excel and Power Point)

Branding and communication / visual skills

Negotiation Skills

Bachelor's or master's degree in business or marketing disciplines

Preferably short internship experience in Marketing within a complex company preferably - operating in the retail sector - characterized by a portfolio of numerous brands/insigne, where he/she has already been involved in Visual activities

Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English
