The Role and Candidate
We are seeking a Retail Construction Executive to play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Construction Manager with day-to-day activities at a regional level.

This role offers hands-on exposure to multiple projects and the opportunity to contribute directly to the successful delivery of new store openings across the region, working closely with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities
Support the Construction Manager in day-to-day activities, coordinating multiple projects at different stages and ensuring timelines are met.
Carry out regular site visits and provide on-site support during defect inspections, preparing clear and structured reports for the Retail Construction Manager.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Design, Retail, Finance, Legal) across Europe and China, as well as with external stakeholders, to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.
Assist in the preparation of project budgets, cost trackers, and all documentation required for internal financial approvals.
Support the bidding and tendering process by collecting, organizing, and evaluating contractor proposals.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete and up to date, including contracts, drawings, permits and site reports.

Required Qualifications
Degree in Engineering or Architecture or Design with 1–3 years of experience in retail field
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, budget-oriented and able to work closely with a manager in a support role.
Strong communication skills in an international, cross-functional environment.
Willingness to travel for site visits across Europe.
Fluency in English and ideally Spanish, both spoken and written;
Chinese language is considered a plus
Knowledge of Auto Cad and Excel
