Your role
As the Assistant Store Manager at Zielinski & Rozen, you are the face of our boutique in Milan. Your primary mission is to create an exceptional shopping experience for every customer, guiding them in discovering their unique fragrance. You will play a vital role in enhancing our brand experience and ensuring that every visitor feels special and valued.
What you'll be doing

Lead and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
Maintain an attractive and well-organized store environment that reflects the values of Zielinski & Rozen.
Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and the boutique's opening and closing procedures.
Contribute to sales strategies and marketing initiatives to meet store targets.
Plan and participate in events and workshops to boost customer engagement.
Report sales performance and key metrics to the head office.
Ensure adherence to all company protocols and safety standards.

This is you

At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position within retail, preferably in the luxury or beauty sector.
A passion for fragrances and a strong grasp of our brand's identity and heritage.
A natural leader with exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mentality.
Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently.
Commercially savvy, with the ability to identify and seize sales opportunities.
Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
