Corporate/litigation Lawyer with 1–3 years of experience, inspired by a Firm grounded in independence, tenacity, empathy and a long-term vision. We are looking for a professional with curiosity and depth, able to bring insight and cross-practice awareness to extraordinary transactions, contract negotiations and corporate advisory. Colonna Caramanti is a Corporate and Tax Firm founded by Filippo Colonna and Marco Caramanti. The Firm is composed of Professionals, Lawyers, Accountants, and Statutory Auditors specialized in corporate, tax, and extraordinary transactions.
The Partners of the Firm sit on Boards of Statutory Auditors, Boards of Directors, and Supervisory/Control Bodies of Italian and international groups, including listed companies and entities supervised by Financial Authorities. They are also frequently appointed by Courts as Experts for   pro-veritate   opinions, Fairness Opinions, Expert Reports required by law, and as Arbitrators.
